Non-woven construction resists clogging and easily rinses clean, allowing numerous uses.
Use for cleaning and scouring griddles, replacement for grill bricks and/or other heavy duty scouring where a handled product is desired.
It has a built-in heat resistant handle, bonded to an aggressive scouring pad made from synthetic fibers, minerals, and resin.
It is designed to be used for cleaning flat top griddles.
Do not use on chrome-plated griddles.
For use in Commercial kitchens.
Dishwasher safe.

Instructions:
1. Scrape griddle to remove burnt-on food.
2. White Griddle is hot, lubricate with liquid shortening.
3. Scrub hot griddle using push-pull motion.
4. Wipe griddle clean with towel or similar wipe.
5. Season griddle with thin coating of liquid shortening.
6. Rinse scrubber with hot water or clean in dishwasher prior to next use.
