An environmentally responsible non caustic solution designed to dissolve the toughest grease, grime, fat and carbonised deposits found in ovens, hotplates, range hoods, deep fryers and other heavy duty cooking equipment.
Safe to use on stainless steel equipment.
Can be prepared into bottles with a flip top.
Usage:
Adjust equipment temperature to approximately 65-80 degrees.
Remove any excess grease, fats and carbonised deposits with a scraper, spatula, wire brush or other suitable utensil.
Apply Amazon directly onto surface and leave for 5 to 10 minutes.
Do not allow equipment to dry out when heating.
Scrub surface with scouring pad or brush to clean.
Rinse off soiled solution very well with clean water.
Store in well-ventilated place.
Use only outdoors or in a well-ventilated area.
